The Shanmei dual-source electric shunting locomotive developed and manufactured by CRRC Zhuzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. has successfully rolled off the production line, marking the birth of my country’s first zero-emission, high-power, dual-source electric shunting locomotive. The whole vehicle is equipped with a 1000kWh lithium titanate battery energy storage system. Under the pure battery power supply system, the battery output power can reach 3000kW, and it can be fully charged in half an hour to meet all the shunting needs of the off-grid working condition.
Our company’s 500A and 1000A series connectors, with more than 20 years of experience, were applied to lithium titanate batteries and high-voltage PDU systems in this railway project.
